Information for participants
Participant registration will open on January 22, 2026, and can be completed exclusively through the online registration system at www.edg-2026.cz.

Early registrations will be accepted into 28 February 2026 to 23:59 (CET). The reduced fees will only apply when early registration is accompanied by payment and received before said deadline (28 February 2026). If your payment is not received before the deadline, the regular registration fee will be automatically charged.

The conference is one-day. Presence takes place from 8:00 AM, the program starts at 9:00 AM and lasts until approximately 6:00 PM. We ask participants to arrive early so as not to delay the start of the conference.

The conference languages will be Czech and English. Simultaneous translation and live stream of the entire conference will be provided.

Lunch and refreshments are provided for participants. After the end of the conference, a social banquet will be held in the hotel. Accommodation is provided by the participants themselves.

Part of the conference will be a presentation of companies in the hall. During breaks, both time and space are available for informal meetings of participants.

The final program will be part of the congress materials and available upon attendance. The electronic version of the final programme will be available on the website of the European Geomatics Days from 10 September 2026.

Student registrations
The number of registrations for students will be limited. The organizer reserves the right to close the registration after the capacity has been filled.

On-site payment is possible ONLY in cash.

It is possible to cancel the conference fee:

• Until 31 July 2026 — no cancellation fee
• From 1 August to 31 August 2026 — 50% of the paid fee
• From 1 September 2026 onwards — 100% of the paid fee

• Failing to attend the congress will be charged in full.
• The final invoice will be issued on the basis of the data provided during registration. Changing these data (address, TIN, etc.) is possible only within 3 days from the date of registration.
