Instructions for presenters

We would like to thank all the active participants of the conference for submitting their expert report. Pay attention to the basic instructions for the lecturer.

  1. Presenters have a time slot set by the event programme and organisers' instructions reserved for their presentations. Please observe the time limit. Otherwise, you run out of time for presentations by other presenters, for discussions and for a coffee break.
  2. In the presentation, focus exclusively on the most important message (goal and results) that will stimulate constructive discussion. Other information can be included in the discussion, which will always be at the conclusion of the respective conference block.
  3. Presenters are kindly requested to send their presentations by email.
  4. The presentation must be in one of the listed formats: PPT, PPTX,0PDF.
  5. The canvas/picture ratio is 16:9. Please choose this format in your presentations. For example, in MS PowerPoint, you can find the screen aspect ratio settings on the tab Proposal under the tool Image Size.
  6. Presentations will be run from a desktop computer, using your own laptop will not be possible.
  7. In the event that you need your own tablet or visualizer to present, it is necessary to inform the organizers by August 31.

Presentation format

  • PowerPoint (PPTX) or PDF 16:9 aspect ratio.
  • If your presentation contains a video, insert it directly into the presentation, or insert a link to the presentation from which you will start the video in the browser.
Length of presentation
  • Each author has a set time for their contribution, including questions and discussion.
  • Please observe the allotted time so that all presentations and discussions can take place.
